We are seeking a Business Development & Digital Marketing Consultant to represent digital personal development and leadership education programs.

This remote independent role combines online marketing relationship building and prospective client conversations. Earnings are based on product sales and individual performance.

Your activities will include:

• Using digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries.
  
• Conducting initial conversations to assess suitability and alignment.
  
• Guiding interested prospects through a structured information process.
  
• Maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up.
  
• Participating in ongoing training and personal development.
  

You will manage your own daily activities using established systems and support.

Requirements

• Professional experience in business development marketing sales client engagement or a related field.
  
• Clear communication and strong relationship-building skills.
  
• Confidence using online platforms and willingness to learn digital marketing methods.
  
• Ability to work independently organise your time and follow through consistently.
  
• Capacity to commit approximately 1520 hours per week.
  
• Comfort with an independent performance-based structure where earnings come from product sales.
  
• Currently based in the United States.
