– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including clinical externship – Certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly preferred – Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and electronic medical records (EMR) – Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills – Ability to effectively interact with patients and team members – Strong computer skills and familiarity with clinical documentation – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
