At GEM, we help organizations and brands connect with their communities through event marketing, outreach campaigns, community engagement, and brand activation . What You'll Do Represent client brands at events, community activations, and promotional campaigns Engage with customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner Share information about products, services, campaigns, and organizations Create positive experiences through face-to-face communication Support event setup, execution, and breakdownWork closely with team members to meet campaign goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development Develop communication, leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills Track daily activities and performance goals What We're Looking For We're interested in people who are: Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with new people Motivated to learn and grow Dependable and professional Team-oriented and willing to help others Goal-driven and able to stay positive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working at events and interacting with the public No degree or previous marketing experience is required.
