Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate is customer facing both in the center and supporting a variety of inbound support requests from team members both on site and remote.
• Microsoft Office skills are a plus as we utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word on a daily basis.
• Previous Mailroom or Mail Courier experience is a plus as we utilize a variety of Carriers to manage the daily requests from the customer.
• PC use is more than 50% of time on task to leverage web based tools for the execution of the services provided.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are a must as well and good verbal and written communication skills.

Skills:

• HQ mail and parcel workflows.
• Assignment is to temp to engage until we fill the permanent position on the team.
• There is no set current end date. Use of Hand trucks, Dollies, and pallet jack and used for mail and parcel handling

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, coupled with minimum one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
