Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced service industry Office Manager to join our small business team. In this role, you will work closely with the business owner to manage daily business procedures. Your responsibilities will include employee supervision, daily staff and job scheduling, basic accounting tasks, invoicing/billing, accounts receivable and payable management, HR procedures, inventory maintenance and organization, client and vendor communication as well as plumbing administrative tasks such as pulling permits. Our ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to manage personnel and daily processes respectfully and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
